Sr. Manager Customer Program – Goodman Networks - GA Turf-NSB-LTE-UMTS-Small Cell

 

02/2008 to Present

 

·   Manage a team of 6-8 Project Managers.

·   Responsible for all customer programs including, but not limited to NSB, LTE, WCS, UMTS, Small Cell with an annual revenue of 55 million+

·   Serve as 2^nd Level Escalation to Client/General Contractors for any issues impeding project milestone schedule.

·   Work with customer and PMs on 30/60/90 project-milestone forecasts, and actualizations

·   Create BOMs and Quotes for ordering of project equipment and materials.

·   Create Project Quotes, and submit to customer for approval.

·   Work with PM and customer to Track and maintain proper PO coverage for proposed projects.

·   Work with PM and customer to Track and maintain timely invoicing for work performed.

·   Insure Quality audits, and regulatory compliance are within market standards

·   Manage, Deploy, Turn up, and monitor COW (Cell on wheels) Fleet for special events

·   Management of transport (ATM, Fiber) delivery and turn up to new cell sites

·   TruPosition SST/EMS. Monitor, track, and schedule field repairs of LMU issues. 

·   Compile, and analyze scout data, and commissioning reports for customer closeout packages. As too adhere to FCC guidelines/deadlines.

·   Assist NSB, 3G UMTS, 4G LTE, ETTC departments with all aspects of equipment installation, testing, and turn up.

·   GSM, TDMA, battery stings, power plants, and complete site decommissioning.

·   Ability to install, and repair T1s, CSUs, DSX, LMUs, ASUs, SCPAs, RF Coaxial, Diplexers

 

Field Supervisor/Contractor     K & M Systems (MA, NY, PA )                  06/2007 to 02/2008

·   Pre-network, construction drive testing for NextG Networks.

·   Responsible for daily supervision and training of field personnel.

·   Assisted Project Manager with daily project-milestone tracking duties.

·   Set up test antenna, Dragon and Gator RF Transmitters at potential cellular antenna location requested by NextG RF Engineers.

·   Set up Coyote Receiver in drive test vehicle; continually drove out surrounding area logging GPS and Db level loss required in determining signal strength per site location.

·   Log all info; transfer data using Chameleon Software.

·   Upload all data, pictures and Map Info into the Engineers Server to help determine whether the site was viable or not.

 

 

 

Field Supervisor/ContractorDarwin Partners          (Cingular North FL) 8/2006 to 1/2007

·   Responsible for daily supervision and training of field personnel.

·   Assisted Project Manager with daily project-milestone tracking duties.

·   Managed day-to-day tracking and distribution of project equipment and materials.   

·   Served as 2^nd Level Escalation to field personnel for technical troubleshooting issues. 

·   Utilized ProComm Plus software to configure RF Attenuation on Tru Position LMU, Nokia GSM, Nortel TDMA and Ericsson UMTS cellular equipment.

·   Replaced multi-couplers, attenuators, RF Cables and power splitters.

·   Reconfigured RF Cables and wiring through Nokia 850 and 1900 MHZ frequencies.

·   Reloaded TRU POSTION GPS software into the LMU; clearing out any alarms that had affected the LMU’s performance to improve the accuracy of the E911 Network for Cingular.

 

 

Field Technician/Contractor     Goodman Networks (AT&T South FL)     01/2006 to 08/2006

·   Accuracy Drive Testing for routing of E911 calls through the Cingular BSC to ensure proper PSAP destination and accuracy of triangulation through TRU POSITION LMU’s.

·   Installed and mounted LMU onto TELCO rack. Installed and mounted Poly-Phasers in line with GPS and Beacon Antennas. Installed and mounted Beacon and GPS Antennas on and around cell site shelter insuring proper line of site for satellites.

·   Install and terminate all RF Cabling and required DB Couplers from the LMU through Nokia 850 and 1900 MHZ GSM and Ericson TDMA radios.

·   Downloaded all TRU POSITION software and programmed LMU with the proper Latitude and Longitude specifications.

·   Conducted Site Survey to provide Cingular with detailed information necessary to update and integrate newly installed equipment into their E911 Network.
